Danburn drafts the Quality Management Plan that Korean law requires of construction projects above a set size, from the contractor's bill of quantities. It currently covers apartment projects.

Danburn ships as a Claude Code plugin. Install it once, then ask Claude: /danburn:start to draft a new plan, /danburn:check to audit an existing one, /danburn:test-plan to export the test plan.

Runs the tool, asks its questions one at a time, passes your answers back, and reports the result along with the list of items to confirm.
Reads the bill of quantities, matches items to test standards, and calculates the test counts. Each row cites its basis. Items with no rule are flagged, not guessed.
Checks the draft against site conditions and confirms it before submission.
Four rows from the synthetic example in the repository, and the test plan rows the tool calculated from them. Korean originals are kept next to the English.

별표2 is Appendix 2 of the government guideline the tool calculates from; this run printed its edition as 국토교통부고시 제2026-360호(2026-07-08 시행) 「건설공사 품질관리 업무지침」 별표2. The basis column is copied from the output as written. The numbers are counts for a made-up bill of quantities, not from a real site.

Who makes it
Danburn is built and run by Sanghyun Lee, a former site quality manager on public housing projects in Korea. Independent and self-funded. Started in September 2026.
Writing a Quality Management Plan meant looking up standards, recounting quantities every time the bill of quantities changed, and reworking a long document. In Sanghyun's own experience as a site quality manager, that took a month or two each time. Danburn is meant to cut that to feeding in the bill of quantities once.

Roadmap · planned, not built yet
Why a model there: strength-test reports and delivery tickets are laid out differently by each testing lab and ready-mix supplier, and they arrive as scans or photos, so rule-based code cannot read them.
